Senior Warehouse Team Member for High-Value Cosmetics Storage Leiden

Our client operates a high-end cosmetics warehouse in Leiden serving premium brand distribution across Europe. We require a senior team member to oversee daily warehouse activities focusing on quality, efficiency, and security.

Responsibilities include supervising order picking and packing, coordinating stock control and cycle counts, training junior staff, and liaising with transport partners. You will ensure compliance with strict handling procedures for sensitive products and use advanced warehouse management software.

The role demands physical involvement with occasional heavy lifting and an ability to work under pressure during peak seasons. Shifts mainly involve daytime hours with occasional extended hours as needed.
