Description

We are recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor for a mid-sized hotel in Leiden to lead our housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing daily cleaning schedules, training and mentoring housekeeping staff, quality checks, coordinating with maintenance, and handling guest requests related to room services.

The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handling multiple priorities. Shift work includes mornings, afternoons, and some weekends.

The salary range is €20.00 to €22.50 per hour, plus paid Dutch holidays and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience with supervisory duties
• Excellent command of English
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
