Agricultural Worker for Outdoor Vegetable Harvesting in Leiden Region

We are a family-run vegetable farm near Leiden focused on growing seasonal vegetables with an emphasis on quality and sustainability. We are seeking hardworking agricultural workers for outdoor harvesting during the season.

The role includes hand-harvesting vegetables, sorting and packing harvested crops, loading crates onto transport vehicles, maintaining farm equipment, and assisting with general farm upkeep. Physical stamina and ability to handle outdoor conditions are essential.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, including rain and sun. Protective clothing and safety training are provided. Work shifts are full-time with occasional overtime during peak harvest periods.
