Description

A respected office materials distributor in Maastricht is seeking an assistant driver to join the delivery team. The company supplies stationery, furniture, and small office electronics to businesses throughout the region.

As an assistant driver, you will aid the main driver in organizing and loading delivery vans, verifying order accuracy, assisting with unloading products at customer premises, and ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed correctly. Support with route navigation and customer communication may also be required.

The job involves physical activity with lifting of items weighing up to 20 kg and working in a dynamic warehouse and street environment. Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.

We provide a welcoming workplace, comprehensive training, and an hourly salary above the Dutch minimum wage.

Requirements

• Basic English communication
• Good physical fitness
• Dependable and able to follow instructions
• Experience in warehouse or logistics advantageous but not necessary
