Experienced Greenhouse Assistant for Horticultural Production in Maastricht

Our horticultural company, based in the outskirts of Maastricht, specializes in cultivating flowers and ornamental plants under controlled greenhouse conditions. We aim to supply top-quality plants to retailers across the Netherlands and Europe. We are seeking experienced greenhouse assistants to help manage daily plant care and greenhouse maintenance tasks.

Key duties involve watering, pruning, monitoring plant growth and health, pest control under supervision, and assisting with soil preparation and planting schedules. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the greenhouse environment and supporting the team in harvesting flowers when required.

Work is conducted indoors within modern greenhouse facilities with regulated temperature and humidity. The role requires standing for long periods and some lifting of plant containers. Full-time hours are from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during peak production.
