A seafood processing plant in Maastricht is seeking Fish Processing Operators skilled in handling and preparing fresh fish products for packaging and shipment. The company supplies fresh fish to retailers and restaurants throughout the Netherlands.
Daily tasks include gutting, filleting, sorting fish by size and quality, packing in ice, and maintaining hygiene standards. You will operate cutting tools and ensure compliance with strict food safety protocols.
The factory environment is cold and requires wearing protective clothing. Shifts vary but predominantly morning and afternoon shifts with weekend rotation are common.
We provide hourly wages starting at EUR 16.00, thorough training on processing techniques, and a permanent contract for suitable candidates.
Requirements
• Ability to work in cold conditions for several hours
