Food Safety Compliance Coordinator for Meat Processing Operations Maastricht

Our meat processing facility in Maastricht is looking for a Food Safety Compliance Coordinator to ensure the facility meets all Dutch and EU food safety standards. We produce various meat products for large retail and food service clients in Europe.

The coordinator will develop and implement food safety policies, conduct internal audits, manage documentation related to HACCP and GMP, and coordinate inspections with regulatory bodies. Collaboration with production, quality control, and sanitation teams is critical to uphold safety standards.

This role is predominantly office-based within the plant but requires regular visits to production areas which are refrigerated. Working hours are standard daytime shifts with occasional flexibility as needed.
