Description

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to support logistics at our meat processing facility in Maastricht. Our company handles fresh meat products requiring careful storage and timely distribution to clients within the EU.

The forklift operator will be responsible for moving pallets of meat products safely within the warehouse, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and keeping accurate inventory records. Coordination with production and shipping departments is essential to maintain workflow.

The work environment is a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures around 6-10 degrees Celsius. Safety is paramount, and all operators must wear protective equipment provided by the company. Typical working hours are daytime shifts with possibility for overtime.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license/certification
• Experience operating forklifts in food or cold storage environments
