Description

We are a meat processing company based in Maastricht seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to join our technical team. Our facility operates modern machinery to produce quality meat products for export across Europe.

Daily duties include performing preventive maintenance on cutting and packaging machines, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, assisting senior technicians with repairs, and ensuring all machines comply with safety standards. You will keep maintenance records and support production continuity.

The role requires working inside a refrigerated environment with appropriate protective gear. Shifts are regular daytime hours Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility needed for urgent repairs. Safety regulations are rigorously enforced.

We offer an hourly salary between 16.50 and 18.50 EUR, paid training, and a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for career growth in industrial maintenance within the food sector.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical or electrical maintenance knowledge
