Description

We are an upscale restaurant in Maastricht focused on regional dishes and fresh ingredients. We are hiring a kitchen assistant to support chefs with ingredient preparation, plating, cleaning, and inventory checks. You will contribute to maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.

You will work onsite with shift hours mostly in the evenings and weekends. The kitchen is busy and requires a high level of organization and cleanliness. Working in a team-oriented environment is essential.

Requirements

• 1-2 years kitchen assistant experience preferred
• Basic English or Dutch communication
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene

• Valid EU work permit
