Description

We are a cosmetics distribution company based in Maastricht looking for a logistics assistant to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipment preparation. Our warehouse handles a wide range of beauty products including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.

The assistant will be responsible for checking incoming stock quality, labeling and organizing inventory, preparing shipment packages, recording stock movements in the inventory system, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. Coordination with delivery partners and internal teams is essential to ensure efficient logistics flow.

The role is full-time with daytime hours, working in a clean, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Compliance with Dutch health and safety regulations is standard practice.

We offer a starting wage of €16.00 to €18.00 per hour depending on experience, a permanent contract after probation, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics
• Good English communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory software preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work standing for extended periods
• Team player with good organizational skills
• EU work authorization
