Meat Deboning Operator with Focus on Precision in Maastricht Meat Plant

Our Maastricht meat processing factory is expanding and looking for diligent deboning operators to join our production team. We specialize in producing high-quality cuts for retail and food service and value precision and speed on the production floor.

Daily responsibilities include removing bones from carcasses using hand tools and machinery, preparing meat for slicing and packaging, and maintaining cleanliness of the workstation. You will work closely with line leaders to meet production quotas while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

The work environment is refrigerated to maintain product freshness, and protective clothing will be provided. Shift work includes mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends. Breaks are scheduled according to Dutch labor laws, ensuring a safe and fair work routine.

We offer an hourly wage starting at 15.50 EUR up to 17.50 EUR depending on experience, with contracts offering stability and the possibility for overtime pay. Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
