EL Mid-Level Field Worker for Vegetable Cultivation and Maintenance near Maastricht

We are an established vegetable farm near Maastricht looking for mid-level field workers to assist with cultivation, planting, weeding, fertilizing, and general field maintenance. Our farm produces a variety of vegetables supplied to regional markets and restaurants.
Daily duties include preparing soil, planting seeds or seedlings, monitoring plant health, applying fertilizers, and performing pest control measures under supervision. Workers also assist with irrigation and harvesting support as needed.
Work is physically demanding and requires standing, bending, and lifting in outdoor fields. Full-time hours from Monday to Friday with seasonal peak workloads.

Requirements
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
• Knowledge of basic cultivation practices advantageous
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic English proficiency
