Description

We are an electronics warehouse facility in Maastricht seeking a mid-level warehouse coordinator to oversee inventory control, order accuracy, and staff scheduling. Our operation focuses on consumer electronics with high value and requires precise logistical handling.

The coordinator will manage daily warehouse workflows, communicate with suppliers and delivery teams, supervise pickers and packers, and ensure inventory data accuracy via warehouse management software. Problem-solving and leadership skills are important for managing a small team and resolving operational issues.

The position is office-based with regular presence in the warehouse, Monday to Friday daytime shifts. The company promotes a safe, clean working environment and compliance with Dutch labor standards.

We offer an hourly salary from €17.50 up to €20.00 based on experience, opportunities for career growth, and a hybrid work approach allowing some administrative tasks to be completed remotely.

Requirements

• 1-3 years logistics or warehouse coordination experience
• Basic software skills, preferably warehouse management systems
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Problem-solving mindset
• EU work authorization
