Senior Quality Control Specialist in Meat Processing Facility Maastricht

Our Maastricht meat processing plant requires an experienced Quality Control Specialist to ensure all products meet strict safety and quality standards before distribution. We are committed to providing safe, premium meat products to the European market and rely on skilled professionals to maintain those standards.

The Senior Quality Control Specialist will oversee inspection processes, perform microbiological and physical product tests, document findings, and liaise with production teams to correct deviations. You will train junior staff and update quality assurance protocols to comply with local and EU regulations. Regular monitoring of sanitation procedures is also part of your duties.

This position operates mainly indoors under controlled temperatures, with occasional visits to cold storage areas. You will work full-time daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with adherence to strict health and safety standards. Protective gear is mandatory and supplied by the employer.
