Step into the frontlines of hospitality as a hotel receptionist in our intimate boutique hotel located in Maastricht. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, managing bookings, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
This is an onsite position with shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a friendly team. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial.

Requirements
• Fluent English, Dutch language is a plus
• Familiarity with booking and reservation systems advantageous
