Description

Our Dordrecht processing plant seeks skilled Butchers and Meat Cutters to provide expert cutting and preparation of a variety of meat products for wholesale and retail customers.

You will be responsible for selecting meat cuts, precise cutting and trimming, portioning to specifications, and helping to train junior staff on best practices. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is essential.

The role requires working in chilled rooms, standing long hours, and using specialized cutting tools. Shifts are typically 8 hours, with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional butchery experience
