Mid-Level Agricultural Field Worker for Flower Bulb Cultivation in Utrecht Province

We are a horticulture-focused farm in the Utrecht region searching for mid-level agricultural workers to support flower bulb cultivation. Our farm emphasizes sustainable farming and high-quality bulb production.

Responsibilities include planting bulbs by hand and machine, soil preparation, monitoring bulb growth, basic pest control, and working alongside agronomists to maintain crop health. You will ensure tasks are completed accurately within schedules.

Working conditions require physical outdoor labor, often in damp or cool weather. Regular shifts are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work during peak times. Safety equipment and guidance are provided.
