We are seeking a lead construction helper with proven experience in new residential construction to take charge of onsite helper teams in Nijmegen. Our company prides itself on delivering high-quality homes on schedule through coordinated teamwork and leadership.
As lead helper, you will organize daily tasks for helpers, liaise with supervisors, ensure site safety compliance, assist trades as needed, and maintain material inventory. Your leadership will help maintain efficient, safe, and well-organized sites.
