Experienced Meat Carver for Premium Meat Production in Nijmegen

Looking for a skilled Meat Carver to work in our Nijmegen premium meat production facility. This role requires precision carving of large meat cuts for retail and catering markets.

You will be responsible for expertly carving carcasses into specified cuts, ensuring minimal wastage and consistently high product quality. Working closely with the production and quality teams, you will adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

The role involves standing for extended periods in cold processing rooms with rotating shifts including early mornings and occasional weekends. Physical strength and attention to detail are critical.
