We operate a busy fruit processing plant near Nijmegen that sorts and packs apples, pears, and berries for export markets. We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead the sorting team and ensure quality standards.

Your responsibilities include overseeing the sorting process, training staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene protocols, and managing daily workflow to meet production targets. You will report to plant management and liaise with quality assurance teams.
