Description

Our greenhouse complex near Nijmegen grows a wide range of vegetables year-round, including cucumbers, peppers, and leafy greens. We are seeking general labourers to support planting, harvesting, and routine maintenance.

Daily tasks include sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings, harvesting crops, cleaning workspaces, and monitoring plant health. The job requires teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Work is performed indoors in controlled environments with moderate temperatures and lighting. Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods is required.

We provide training, competitive wages starting at the Dutch minimum, and a positive environment focusing on professional growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in horticulture or willingness to learn
• Good physical condition for manual work
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic English proficiency
• Team player attitude
• Valid right to work in the EU
