We are a busy furniture retailer in Nijmegen looking for a versatile staff member to coordinate furniture deliveries and assist customers in the store. This hybrid role includes logistical coordination and front-line customer service.
Your daily tasks will include scheduling delivery appointments with customers, liaising with delivery drivers, resolving delivery issues, and assisting customers with product selection and purchases inside the store. You will also manage inventory documentation and keep the sales floor well organized.
The working environment involves a mix of office and retail floor work. Some physical activity such as lifting small packages is expected. Weekend availability is required for store coverage.
