EL Mid-Level Assembly Worker in Electronics Manufacturing - Nijmegen Site

Our Nijmegen-based electronics manufacturing company is seeking mid-level assembly workers to contribute to the production of consumer and industrial electronic devices. We combine modern automation with skilled manual assembly to produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities include component assembly, soldering small parts, inspecting completed assemblies, and assisting quality control staff. The role requires precision and adherence to production schedules.
The work environment is clean, temperature-controlled, and requires adherence to ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety protocols. Shifts are mostly daytime with occasional flexibility needed.
We offer a wage range of €16.50 to €19.00 per hour, continuous skills development, supportive supervisors, and employee recognition programs.
Requirements
• Familiarity with small parts and soldering is a plus
• Good eye-hand coordination
• Compliance with safety and quality standards
