Description

We are a mid-sized vegetable farm located near Nijmegen looking for motivated field workers to assist with crop management and harvesting. Our focus is on a variety of seasonal vegetables including lettuce, carrots, and beans.

Daily tasks include soil preparation, planting, monitoring plant health using basic agronomic principles, and mechanical harvesting support. You will also assist with sorting and packing produce at the farm site.

Work is physically demanding, mostly outdoors, with some exposure to farming equipment. Adherence to safety guidelines and teamwork are essential.

Wages start above the minimum with room for performance-based increases. We provide full-time contracts, training, and a respectful working environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of field work experience in agriculture preferred
• Ability to operate small agricultural machinery and tools
• Good physical condition for manual labor
• Basic knowledge of crop cycles and pest control
• English communication skills for teamwork
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands
