Description

Join a thriving restaurant in Nijmegen city center as a Restaurant Helper. We offer a fast-paced work environment with diverse customer service and kitchen support tasks that are vital for smooth daily operations.

Your duties will include assisting kitchen staff with food preparation, clearing and cleaning tables, restocking supplies, supporting wait staff by running food and drinks, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will ensure hygiene standards are met both in the kitchen and front of house areas.

Working hours include lunches and dinner shifts, with weekend availability essential. The role is physically active and customer-facing, requiring friendly communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

We provide a wage range from €15.00 to €17.00 per hour, training in service and safety protocols, and opportunities for growth within the restaurant team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills in English
• Physically fit and able to stand long shifts
• Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• EU work eligibility
