Description

Our automotive manufacturing plant in Nijmegen is looking for senior assembly workers with specialized skills to work on advanced assembly lines producing critical vehicle components. The company values experienced personnel who contribute to high-quality standards and process improvements.

Your daily duties include assembling complex mechanical and electronic parts, troubleshooting assembly issues, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will operate sophisticated hand and power tools and assist in line balancing.

The work environment includes shift rotations with occasional overtime, use of personal protective equipment, and a fast-paced production setting. Safety is a top priority.

We offer a salary between €20.00 and €26.00 per hour, performance bonuses, ongoing technical training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in automotive assembly
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electronic components
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• EU work eligibility
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
