Description

An industrial production facility near Nijmegen is hiring a Senior Cleaning Technician to handle specialized cleaning tasks. Your responsibilities include deep cleaning of machinery, production areas, and ventilation systems using advanced cleaning techniques. You will also perform routine maintenance of cleaning equipment and oversee junior cleaners on shifts.

The role involves working during the day shift, Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2 pm. You will follow strict safety and hygiene protocols required for industrial settings. Collaboration with production supervisors is necessary to minimize downtime during cleaning operations.

This position offers a higher hourly rate between €22.00 and €28.00 reflecting your technical skills and experience. Comprehensive training will be provided on equipment and safety standards. The employer values a proactive approach and strong leadership qualities.

Requirements

• 3+ years industrial or technical cleaning experience
• Knowledge of cleaning machinery and chemicals
• Ability to supervise and guide junior staff
• Good English communication skills
• Safety-conscious with certification in workplace safety an advantage
• Physical ability to perform heavy-duty cleaning
• Problem-solving skills and reliability
