Skilled Meat Trimmer and Production Worker for Nijmegen Facility

Our Nijmegen meat processing plant seeks experienced meat trimmers to join our dedicated production team. The company specializes in supplying chilled meat products to wholesalers, requiring precise trimming and compliance with high quality standards.

Responsibilities include trimming fat and sinew from various meat cuts, preparing portions for packaging, and inspecting products for quality defects. You will use manual tools as well as mechanical trimmers, working closely with packaging staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role is physically demanding with exposure to cold environments and requires adherence to hygiene protocols. We operate multiple shifts, typically morning and afternoon, with certain weekend shifts during peak demand.
