Our advanced meat processing plant in Nijmegen seeks a Senior Technician to lead and oversee specialized meat processing operations. The facility produces premium and custom-cut meat products requiring precision and technical expertise.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining cutting machinery, supervising production lines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also train junior staff and assist quality control with product inspections.

Requirements
