Description

Our textile manufacturing plant in Nijmegen is recruiting experienced assembly specialists to join production lines creating high-quality fabric products for fashion and home use.

You will be responsible for assembling various textile components, operating sewing machines, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and training junior workers. Precision and efficiency are vital in this role.

Work is done indoors in a clean, well-lit factory environment with appropriate safety and ergonomic measures. Day shifts with occasional overtime are standard.

We offer an hourly wage between €17.00 and €19.50, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in textile assembly or sewing
• Ability to operate industrial sewing or assembly machines
• Attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good communication skills in English
• EU work permit
• Physical ability to stand or sit as required
• Teamwork and willingness to assist colleagues
