Description

We are a mid-sized farm near Nijmegen specializing in onion cultivation using environmentally friendly practices. We are looking for motivated agricultural labourers to join our team.

The role requires planting onion bulbs, weeding, watering, soil maintenance, and assisting with harvesting. You will also help maintain farm equipment and fences.

This is a physically demanding role involving manual labor outdoors in varying weather. Safety procedures and teamwork are essential.

We offer wages starting at the Dutch legal minimum with opportunities for overtime, on-the-job training, and a positive workplace atmosphere focused on workers’ wellbeing.

Requirements

• Previous agricultural or field work experience preferred
• Strong physical fitness and stamina
• English proficiency for basic communication
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• EU work permit required
