Description

Our construction company seeks a heavy machinery operator helper to assist in operating and maintaining earth-moving and lifting equipment on-site. Experience is preferred but not required if you are willing to learn.

You will support the operator with equipment checks, site preparation, and signaling during machine operation. You must follow strict safety procedures and assist in maintenance routines to ensure equipment functionality.

This physically active job is outdoors on varied terrain, with full-time hours Monday to Friday. Safety equipment and training are provided.

We provide competitive wages starting above minimum, opportunities for certification, and permanent employment contracts.

Requirements

• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Basic mechanical understanding and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid EU work permit
