As a Fish Filleting Operator, your daily tasks will include preparing fish for processing, operating filleting machines, trimming and cleaning fish, and conducting basic quality checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in your workstation and working closely with team members to meet daily production targets.

Working conditions include standing for long periods, working in a cold environment typical of fish processing facilities, and wearing appropriate safety and hygiene clothing. Shifts may vary between mornings and afternoons, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
