Description

Our 4-star hotel in Oss is seeking a professional concierge to provide guests with personalized assistance and local information. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering questions about the city and attractions, making reservations for restaurants or transportation, and assisting with special requests to enhance the guest experience. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison between guests and the hotel services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a helpful disposition, and fluency in English. You will work primarily during daytime shifts, including some weekends. We offer a collaborative work environment with opportunities to expand your knowledge of hospitality and customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Customer-oriented and friendly personality
• Knowledge of Oss and surrounding area is a plus
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Professional appearance and attitude
