Description

Join our infrastructure maintenance team in Oss as a general construction laborer. We maintain roads, bridges, and public utilities, ensuring operational safety and quality standards.

The role includes preparing sites, assisting skilled workers, transporting materials, digging trenches, and cleaning work zones. You will adhere to all safety guidelines and cooperate with municipal teams on-site.

Work is outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather. Full-time hours apply, weekdays only, with safety training provided. The team values punctuality, teamwork, and safety compliance.

We offer wages at or above Dutch minimum wage, permanent contracts, and the possibility of long-term employment.

Requirements

• Physically fit with ability to handle manual labor
• Basic knowledge of construction or infrastructure work
• Safety-conscious and reliable
• Good communication in English
• EU work eligibility
