Description

A rapidly expanding logistics company in Oss is searching for a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and improve shipment efficiency. This hybrid office and onsite role involves communication, planning, and physical warehouse tasks.

Key duties include scheduling deliveries and pickups, liaising between warehouse and transport teams, tracking inventory movement via software, and assisting with loading or unloading when needed. The role requires flexibility and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

The working environment is a combination of an office space and warehouse floor. Standard working hours apply Monday to Friday with occasional extended hours during busy periods. Safety protocols and PPE usage are mandatory onsite.

We offer a salary between EUR 17.00 and EUR 19.50 per hour based on experience, paid statutory holidays, pension plans, and a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities to grow within the company.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in logistics coordination or warehouse support
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to support physical warehouse tasks
• Reliability and ability to work independently
