Description

Join a leading horticultural farm specializing in flower cultivation located near Oss. Our company prides itself on sustainable growing methods and a friendly working environment. Daily, you will assist with planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting flowers within climate-controlled greenhouses. You will monitor plant health and support the team in maintaining greenhouse cleanliness and order. Working conditions include standing for long periods and working indoors in controlled temperatures. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plant care or willingness to learn
• Ability to work standing for extended periods
• Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks

• Availability for full-time daytime shifts
• EU work authorization
