Description

Our sweet pepper greenhouses near Oss are looking for reliable workers to perform daily cultivation and harvest tasks. You will be responsible for watering, trimming, pollination assistance, and harvesting ripe peppers. Maintaining cleanliness and monitoring plant health in warm greenhouse conditions is essential. The role is physically active and requires teamwork and good communication. Full-time positions with shift consistency and weekend rotations are available.

Requirements

• Experience in greenhouse production preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work in warm, humid conditions
• Physically fit for repetitive manual tasks
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Valid EU work permit
