Description

A leading international logistics company in Oss is seeking an experienced Logistics Assistant to enhance warehouse workflow. The role demands organizational skills and practical knowledge of warehouse processes to support inventory control and order fulfillment.

Daily duties include tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating daily schedules with transport providers, verifying shipment documentation, and assisting warehouse supervisors with stocktaking and reporting. You will be a key contact between warehouse staff and transport teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines.

The position requires office and warehouse presence with some physical work such as inspecting pallets and helping with minor loading tasks. The working environment is well regulated, featuring computerized inventory systems and standard safety equipment. Shifts are regular daytime hours with occasional flexibility.

Requirements

• At least 2 years logistics or warehouse assistant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic IT skills, comfortable with warehouse management systems
• Good command of English, additional language beneficial

• Physically able to perform occasional lifting and walking
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
