Description

We are looking for enthusiastic banquet servers to join our hotel event team in Oss. Your main duties will include setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications, serving food and beverages to guests during events, clearing tables efficiently, and assisting with post-event cleaning. This hands-on role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and strong teamwork. Events range from weddings to corporate dinners, with shifts often including evenings and weekends. We cultivate a friendly work atmosphere and provide thorough training to all new servers to ensure a quality guest experience.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills
• Experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
