Description

Our sweet pepper greenhouses near Oss need assistant workers to help with plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining production quality. The role requires hands-on work in controlled greenhouse environments and working as part of a team. We provide training for all new social and technical aspects of the job. This is a full-time position with consistent working hours during the production season.

Requirements

• Basic experience or willingness to learn greenhouse work
• Physically able to perform manual tasks
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Availability for full-time shifts
• EU work permit
