Description

We require motivated fruit pickers with some experience to assist in pear harvesting at our orchards near Oss. Tasks include careful picking, sorting for quality, and packing fruits for transport. The job involves repetitive bending and lifting, working outdoors in variable weather. You will work as part of a team under the guidance of a supervisor. Seasonal contracts are available with the possibility of longer employment based on performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience picking fruit, preferably pears
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours during harvest season
• Valid EU work permit
