Description

Our Oss seafood factory is hiring a Mid-Level Line Technician to ensure smooth operation and minor maintenance of fish processing production lines.

You will monitor machinery function, perform preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate with maintenance specialists for larger repairs. In addition, you will ensure that production schedules are maintained with minimal downtime.

The role requires working in cold, wet conditions, standing for most of the shift, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Shift work is standard, with some early and late shift coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years technical experience in food production machinery
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and identify issues
• Good English communication
• Physical fitness for standing and moving
• Willingness to work shifts
