We are a well-established horticultural grower focusing on sweet peppers in greenhouses located near Oss. This role involves daily care of pepper plants, including trimming, pollination assistance, harvesting ripe peppers, and packing them for distribution. The work environment consists of warm greenhouse conditions and requires manual dexterity and attention to detail. Team collaboration and maintaining hygiene practices in the greenhouse are essential. Requirements

• Previous greenhouse or horticultural experience preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands
• Ability to work in warm greenhouse climate
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Basic English proficiency

• Eligible to work in the EU
