Description

Our hotel in Oss requires a skilled maintenance technician to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and guest areas are properly maintained and safe. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, repairing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, responding promptly to maintenance requests, and coordinating with external contractors when necessary. You will work closely with management to prioritize maintenance needs and contribute to a comfortable guest environment. This role requires a hands-on approach, physical ability for lifting and climbing, and adherence to safety regulations. Requirements

• Technical training or certification in maintenance, electrical, plumbing or related fields
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in hospitality
• Good English language skills
• Ability to diagnose and repair common facility issues
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual tasks
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
