Our flower greenhouse in Oss is seeking experienced workers to join our skilled horticultural team. Daily responsibilities include pruning, fertilizing, pest management, and harvesting cut flowers. You will also support climate control procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional greenhouse work experience
• Knowledge of flower cultivation and plant care techniques
• Ability to operate or monitor greenhouse equipment
• Good physical condition for manual labor
• Fluent or good working English
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid EU work authorization
