Greenhouse Assistant for Orchid Cultivation in Rotterdam Horticulture Facility

Our modern horticulture company in Rotterdam specializes in orchid cultivation for both national and international markets. The greenhouse team is crucial to maintaining high-quality plants throughout their growth cycles.

As a Greenhouse Assistant, you will be involved daily in watering, pruning, repotting orchids, monitoring humidity and temperature, and assisting with pest control under supervision. You will work closely with horticulturists to ensure optimal plant health.

Work is physically light to moderate, mainly standing and walking inside climate-controlled greenhouses. The work schedule includes shifts from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work during peak periods.
