Description

Our organic vegetable farm near Rotterdam seeks harvest and packing assistants to support daily operations.

Tasks include picking ripe vegetables by hand, sorting and packing produce for local market delivery, cleaning packing areas, and assisting with crop inspection.

Work is manual and physically demanding with outdoor exposure. We operate according to Dutch labor standards with structured shifts.

We provide fair pay, supportive team environment, and possibilities to stay for the full harvest season.

Requirements

• Physically fit for manual harvesting work
• Basic English skills
• Interest in organic agriculture beneficial
• Ability to work standing and bending for several hours
• EU work authorization
