Description

We are a boutique artisan bakery located in Rotterdam specializing in handmade bread products using traditional methods. Our goal is to deliver fresh, high-quality baked goods daily.

As a bread production assistant, you will support bakers by preparing ingredients, mixing dough, helping shape loaves, and assisting with oven loading and unloading. You will maintain a clean work environment and follow all hygiene protocols.

The role requires physical work including lifting flour bags and standing during shifts. Early morning start times are standard in bakery production.

We provide training on artisan baking techniques, competitive hourly wages, and a collaborative work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Interest in bakery production with some prior exposure preferred
• Physically fit to stand and lift moderate weights
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene instructions
• Basic English understanding
• Early morning availability
• Team-oriented mindset
